I’m classically trained and widely experienced
I trained at the Art Institute of Atlanta, and I’ve spent more than 20 years building an extensive career across many cuisines, techniques, and service styles.
I bring a little magic to every plate
I’m magic. I pour what’s in my spirit into my food so it doesn’t just taste great—it feels personal, memorable, and soulful.
